You agree not to: (a) violate laws or others’ rights; (b) upload unlawful, harmful, or invasive content; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data; (d) interfere with Site operation; (e) use bots/scrapers without permission; (f) submit Protected Health Information (PHI) through non‑secure forms unless specifically designated as secure.
6) Scheduling, Insurance & Billing (Informational)
Online scheduling or request forms are provided for convenience and do not guarantee appointment availability. Coverage and benefits, including Medicaid, vary by plan and eligibility. Estimates are not guarantees of payment. You are responsible for charges not covered by insurance.
7) Telehealth & Electronic Communications
If telehealth or electronic communications are offered, you consent to receive information electronically and acknowledge inherent risks. Do not share emergencies or highly sensitive matters via standard email or SMS. Ask us about secure alternatives.
8) Intellectual Property

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUNSET PPEC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID (IF ANY) FOR USING THE SITE IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
